📋 Description

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking • Build and manage your own pipeline from first contact through close • Conduct client meetings (both virtual and in-person) to understand needs and present solutions • Get in front of decision makers—travel locally to meet prospects and clients as needed • Follow up consistently and persistently—most deals are won through discipline, not luck • Develop a deep understanding of our services and how to position them effectively • Own your results—this role rewards output, not activity alone

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–3 years experience) • Highly self-motivated with a strong internal drive to succeed—you want to outwork the competition • Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection • Competitive mindset—you want to win and be compensated accordingly • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly • Willingness to put in the time and effort required to build a pipeline • Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn
