📋 Description

• Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. • Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully upholds Compassion’s ministry in prayer. • Acts as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children. • Understands Christ’s mandate to protect children. • Commits to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry. • Abides by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. • Reports any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately supports responses to incidents if they occur. • Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors. • Lead and support the execution of complex, cross-functional P&C initiatives by coordinating planning, alignment, implementation activities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making across P&C teams and business partners by analyzing challenges, identifying opportunities, and developing practical solutions in complex environments. • Apply agile principles and project management practices to improve team effectiveness, including facilitating planning sessions, retrospectives, prioritization discussions, and continuous improvement efforts. • Create visibility and clarity across P&C processes, resources, and initiatives by developing frameworks, documentation, reporting, and insights that support effective decision-making. • Partner with P&C Centers of Expertise, People & Culture Partners, and global stakeholders to drive initiatives from strategy through execution while adapting to changing priorities and organizational needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organizational development, project management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders, or geographic regions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations. • Experience applying project management methodologies, agile practices, process improvement techniques, or organizational effectiveness approaches to drive meaningful outcomes.
