📋 Description

• Security vulnerability remediation • Infrastructure hardening and best practice implementation • Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration • Active Directory management • Server administration and troubleshooting • Firewall and switch configuration • Azure and cloud platform support • Patching, upgrades, and system maintenance • Technical implementations, migrations, and configuration changes • Documentation and client environment improvement initiatives • Independently execute technical remediation work • Improve client security posture • Assist with proactive infrastructure initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Microsoft 365 experience • Active Directory administration • Windows Server administration • Firewall and networking fundamentals • Azure experience • Troubleshooting across multiple infrastructure platforms • Strong communication and documentation skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced MSP environment • MSP experience • Ability to work across multiple technologies and client environments
