📋 Description

• Complete and submit customer security questionnaires as the primary responder for customer due diligence requests • Leverage established response frameworks, internal policy documentation, and compliance control libraries to deliver accurate, on-time submissions • Research and validate client-specific questions outside standard frameworks • Source supporting evidence from compliance platforms • Coordinate with internal security and compliance teams to verify response accuracy • Maintain consistency and quality across deliverables using current, approved language • Ensure responses align with customers’ broader security posture • Flag gaps or outdated documentation • Process vendor security questionnaires across custom Excel matrices and cloud portals • Map responses against control domains, risk tiering, and subprocessor ecosystems

• Results-oriented approach • Ability to execute time-sensitive deliverables and compressed turnaround targets • Ability to perform rapid data entry and technical responses without compromising quality • Ability to handle ambiguous security queries and escalate critical data gaps • Strong workload prioritization and task-tracking skills • Exceptional attention to detail and structural discipline • Ability to interpret corporate security policies, internal control libraries, and technical documentation • Experience processing vendor security questionnaires across custom Excel matrices and cloud portals • Foundational knowledge of information security frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR • Knowledge of PII versus PHI • Knowledge of authentication, logical access, and encryption controls • Baseline exposure to cloud infrastructure architectures and data hosting environments, specifically AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience with or exposure to compliance automation platforms such as Drata, Vanta, or Secureframe • Experience managing vendor risk portals including OneTrust, ServiceNow, Whistic, UpGuard, or Zip • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Reliable, high-speed internet connection • Professional home office environment supporting confidential conversations and uninterrupted collaboration • Ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time • Willingness and ability to travel locally for occasional onsite meetings, team gatherings, or business activities • Must participate in live video interviews with camera on • Must be prepared to verify identity during recruitment and onboarding • Employment contingent on successful identity verification and background screening, where permitted by law
