📋 Description

• Implement the overall sales development strategy to drive lead generation and pipeline growth. • Align strategies with the company's broader sales and marketing objectives. • Lead and mentor the sales development team to foster a high-performance culture. • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams. • Monitor progress and performance, analyze data, and make informed decisions. • Conduct research to stay current on industry trends. • Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities to senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Masters preferred. • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales development, lead generation, or business development. • At least 2 years in a leadership position, preferably in the SaaS technology sector. • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales development teams. • Strong understanding of fast growing Enterprise SaaS Business. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools like Salesloft. • Strong leadership qualities and a passion for driving business development initiatives.
