📋 Description
• Technical program management and architecture of complex initiatives within the comrce group • Modularization and platform approach to consolidate and modularize the tooling and integration landscape • Engineering processes and release management with backlog handling in GitLab • Act as the interface between Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure • Support the expansion and technical implementation of Co‑Pilot and AI features
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or Senior Software Engineer with a coordination focus, ideally in a SaaS or e‑commerce environment • Experience with GitLab or comparable tools • Strong understanding of API architectures, OAuth flows, plugin systems, integration architectures, cloud infrastructure, DevOps principles, microservices, and modern web architectures • Ability to understand, assess, and translate technical contexts into concrete requirements • Ability to identify technical dependencies and find pragmatic solutions • Self-driven, hands‑on working style with strong execution capability • Interest in current developments in the SaaS and AI space • Strong communication skills in German and English
