• +4 years of paid media experience, with a strong focus on data, analytics and performance optimization • Proven ability to manage and scale budgets across multiple platforms • Advanced analytical skills: comfortable in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets (bonus if familiar with SQL or Looker/Tableau) • You love digging into numbers, identifying patterns, and making data-driven recommendations • Structured thinker who thrives on experimentation and iteration • Excellent communication skills — can explain data insights clearly to non-technical teammates • Bilingual (Spanish + English) is a big plus • Early-stage startup experience is a big plus
