📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reporting for Customer Service Operations. • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards to provide clear visibility into operational performance. • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. • Automate repetitive reporting and data processing tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Validate data integrity across multiple data sources and escalate discrepancies as identified. • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support evolving reporting needs. • Support documentation of reporting processes, logic, and data definitions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field). • 1 -3 years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or similar analytical role. • Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel (required). • Experience working with large datasets and KPI-driven reporting. • Experience with SAP, Hana PS4, and Power Automate is a plus. • Ability to translate business needs into reporting and visualizations.
