• Sell cruise packages • Cross-sell or upsell cruise packages and associated products • Provide customer support for booking and post-booking management • Support travel agents with bookings and booking management • Advise customers on destinations, ships, documentation, prices and related queries • Ensure performance goals for quality, efficiency and customer journey improvement • Promote and participate in service improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent, verbal and written in German (C1) • Advanced level of English (B2) • Proven computer skills and diligent worker • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask • Legally authorized to work in Portugal
