• Define and lead the global wellbeing and resilience strategy • Build and oversee operational systems and performance frameworks • Develop and mentor a high-performing global team • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders • Ensure programs are locally relevant yet globally coherent • Evolve and deploy a measurement framework for program performance • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance systems
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years managing Employee Wellbeing and/or Psychological Health programs • Post-graduate degree in Psychology or similar • Experience within Trust & Safety or similar environments • Extensive experience in large-scale operations or wellbeing programs • Strong commercial acumen and operational skillset • Experience leading distributed teams across time zones • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
