• 7+ years managing Employee Wellbeing and/or Psychological Health programs • Post-graduate degree in Psychology or similar • Experience within Trust & Safety or similar environments • Extensive experience in large-scale operations or wellbeing programs • Strong commercial acumen and operational skillset • Experience leading distributed teams across time zones • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
