Concular is a German digital ecosystem and consultancy focused on circular construction and urban mining. It provides software (e. g. , CircularLCA and a digital building resources/passport), advisory and specialist planning services (Pre-Deconstruction Audits, circular strategy, selective deconstruction, reuse and certification), training and a materials marketplace to help public and private building owners, developers, planners and manufacturers implement circularity, reduce waste and meet regulatory standards. Concular combines project delivery, research and standards work (DIN SPECS) and has supported 1,000+ projects integrating circular processes into planning and construction.

📋 Description

• Advising and supporting clients such as project developers, manufacturers, designers, and builders in implementing circular construction and deconstruction projects • Supporting R&D projects • Planning and ensuring the smooth execution of complex client projects • Guiding project teams and project partners through the process • Providing proactive, solution-oriented advice to project partners • Monitoring project controlling and keeping track of budget usage and resource planning • Ensuring operational value-add for the company during project implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven professional experience delivering projects for clients in the construction and real estate sectors • Confident in using common LCA software and databases (e.g., OneClick LCA, CAALA, eLCA or ÖKOBAUDAT) and experienced in life-cycle assessment according to DIN EN 15978 • Able to independently create persuasive client presentations • Strong skills in writing reports, publications, documentation, and manuals • Coordinating stakeholders and maintaining respectful, collaborative communication • Designing and facilitating workshops for collaborative solution development • Confident communication in German and English
