• You will be responsible for the sales channels that mediate our materials to potential customers, handling inquiries, advising, and managing orders • You will coordinate material flows along the value chain and expand our network of recyclers, manufacturers, and buyers • You will analyze material inventories, material flows, and market potential and derive marketing and recovery concepts from those analyses • You will identify new sales markets and customer segments for reused components and sustainable building materials and develop them strategically • You will develop go-to-market strategies for reused components and circular materials together with manufacturers, distributors, and project partners • You will maintain strong relationships with key accounts and gather feedback to proactively secure follow-up projects and continuously improve our offering • You will ensure timely and accurate billing for projects • You will support the development of scalable processes for marketing materials from demolition and new-build projects
• You have a degree in a relevant field and/or professional experience in a related business area (building products, material flows, construction industry, or similar) • You have solid experience in developing, marketing, and organizing a business unit or service offering • You are able to negotiate on equal terms, are persuasive and professional • You are passionate about circular value chains and want to actively contribute to closing material loops in the construction industry • You have excellent written and spoken German and speak at least conversational English
