📋 Description

• You professionally respond to technical customer inquiries and, with your competent and friendly manner, ensure high customer satisfaction. • You advise customers on additional products and services offered by the telecommunications company to optimally meet their needs. • You record and maintain customer master data in our computer systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (native-level) • Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken presentation • Comfortable with product consultation and sales • Technical understanding and a solution-oriented working style • Sense of responsibility and high motivation • Flexibility in working hours
