📋 Description
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and social media platforms. • Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and assess qualifications against job requirements. • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring goals and timelines. • Provide recruiting metrics, pipeline reports, and hiring updates to stakeholders. • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Support diversity recruiting initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. • Must successfully complete a background check. • Experience supporting high-volume or enterprise-level hiring environments preferred. • Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). • Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. • Must reside in Puerto Rico.
