• Perform accounting analyses to ensure the integrity of trial balance balances and financial statements. • Prepare and ensure the quality of balance reconciliations for the accounts under your responsibility. • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects for internal processes, seeking operational efficiency through automation and day-to-day technology. • Regularly interact with other finance areas (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury) and operational teams to ensure the correct and timely flow of data that feeds accounting. • Assist with external audit requests by preparing documentation and account reconciliations for the accounts reviewed. • Support the assessment of impacts and the adjustment of internal processes in response to changes in legislation, such as tax reform.
• Solid experience in Accounting, Internal Controllership, or Audit, with a focus on account analyses and reconciliations. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. • Practical experience preparing and validating complex balance reconciliations and a deep understanding of debit and credit dynamics. • Experience liaising and communicating with partner finance and operations teams to align and cleanse data sets. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation). • Hands-on experience identifying improvement opportunities in accounting routines, with experience using technologies, automations, or AI tools (such as Claude, Gemini, or Python) to optimize processes, eliminate manual tasks, and accelerate data analysis. • Availability to work on a hybrid basis in Botafogo (Rio de Janeiro).
