📋 Description

• Develop new features and enhance existing systems with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability. • Have strong knowledge of software architecture and the ability to propose structural improvements to the system. • Implement integrations between internal and external services (APIs, microservices, distributed systems). • Write clean, testable, and efficient code, following engineering best practices and established team standards. • Create and run automated and unit tests to ensure delivery quality. • Work collaboratively with product, QA, front-end, and data teams to ensure end-to-end delivery. • Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to collective learning and maintaining technical standards. • Monitor and optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks. • Document workflows, architectures, and adopted practices to strengthen knowledge sharing. • Collaborate in agile ceremonies (plannings, refinements, retrospectives), bringing a proactive and solution-oriented attitude. • Mentor junior and mid-level developers.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with back-end development in Node.js and Java. • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB). • Experience working with large volumes of data and complex/heavy queries. • Knowledge of modular service architectures and RESTful APIs. • Experience with automated testing, version control (Git), and CI/CD. • Previous experience working in digital product teams and with agile methodologies. • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, with effective communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders. • Nice-to-haves: Experience in healthtechs; AWS (EC2, RDS, SQS, Elastic Beanstalk); developing solutions using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex); observability, monitoring and SRE best practices; prior experience in high-scale, high-volume data environments.
