📋 Description

• Efficiently design technical solutions, discuss non-functional requirements, propose new tools or approaches to achieve goals, create technical documentation, and evaluate new solutions with a focus on maintainability. • Develop metrics, alerts, and system dashboards using monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana, and New Relic. • Deliver trainings for new hires and operational teams; provide training to both technical and functional teams. • Autonomously monitor system modules’ health and performance; support operational teams (MTS, banking, etc.); resolve incidents including production database changes. • Lead initiatives that involve supporting Product Managers in gathering business requirements, participate in functional discussions with the Product Team, defend your proposals, and document features. • Lead technical refinement initiatives and create plans for task forces. • Independently develop complex solutions and lead efforts that include bug fixes; create and maintain integration and unit tests; design API endpoints; build new backend services, entities, repositories, etc.; estimate effort and investigate issues; develop UI components for the Admin Portal; update API endpoints and SQL queries. • Analyze large volumes of data and logs, participate in complex investigations, and determine whether the system is performing as expected.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience with Java. • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. • Strong knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases. • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Demonstrate ownership and a solutions-oriented mindset. • Ability to work with remote and international teams. • Ability to communicate clearly and objectively. • English – Fluency is not required, but you should feel comfortable participating in meetings.
