📋 Description

• Responsible for providing direction for high-complexity products with significant financial impact for the client; • Provide product direction by creating and keeping the product vision and roadmap up to date together with the Product Manager and the Business Unit; • Plan deliveries by creating, refining, and updating the product backlog and prioritizing the most relevant items; • Validate the development team's deliveries, ensuring all definitions and acceptance criteria have been met; • Ensure communication of product updates and releases to internal and external stakeholders through the client's established official channels; • Negotiate with other PMs on timelines and business matters for joint deliveries across squads; • Act as a reference in their domain and/or in product management, mastering and sharing knowledge through training and mentoring.
