📋 Description

• Lead implementation, customization and evolution projects for Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud and Communications Cloud • Ensure deliveries are aligned with the commercial and operational needs of companies in the telecommunications/service provider sector • Deliver within agreed timeline, budget and quality

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, IT Management or related areas — a plus • Recommended Additional Courses: Trailhead tracks focused on Sales Cloud, Communications Cloud and Project Management • Courses on Order Management and Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) • Courses on integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) — not for development, but to communicate with technical teams about feasibility and risks • Courses on stakeholder management and negotiation • Key Requirements • Project Management: solid experience managing schedules, scope, backlog and budget • Team Management: coordination of squads, agile ceremonies, technical communication • Stakeholders: single point of contact, reporting of KPIs, legacy integrations • Quality and Governance: best practices, acceptance criteria, integration monitoring • Risks and Changes: risk identification and scope management • Qualifications • Sales Cloud: leads, opportunities, forecasting, CPQ • Communications Cloud: product catalog, orders, contracts, digital commerce • Integration: end-to-end flow between sale and execution
