📋 Description

• Define and validate Salesforce solution architecture for complex Media Cloud and Industries projects, ensuring scalability, security and performance. • Lead technical and discovery workshops with business stakeholders, translating requirements into solution design. • Act as the technical reference for the development team, conducting code reviews, providing best-practice guidance and architectural decision-making. • Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams and solution design artifacts (HLD, LLD, ERD). • Lead integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, DAM, ad servers, streaming platforms) via REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or similar tools. • Serve as technical pre-sales support for commercial proposals, effort estimates and presentations to enterprise clients. • Monitor Salesforce releases and media industry trends to incorporate innovations into the solutions roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Salesforce Industries / Vlocity — OmniStudio, OmniScript, DataRaptors, Cards and FlexCards. • Expertise in Salesforce Media Cloud: Ad Sales Management, Advertising Orders, Campaign Management and Deal Management. • Salesforce org architecture: governor limits, security (profiles, permission sets, sharing), multi-org and sandbox strategy. • Experience with complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi or similar). • Proficiency in Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce DX. • Technical leadership skills: mentoring, code review, defining standards and CI/CD best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Clear communication in technical English (reading, writing and speaking for client meetings). • Nice-to-haves: Experience with Revenue Cloud / CPQ, knowledge of Salesforce CDP / Data Cloud, experience in Telecommunications or Entertainment, experience with Marketing Cloud, familiarity with ad tech platforms and contributions to Salesforce communities.
