📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of Enterprise accounts as the primary relationship steward • Build proactive, outcome-driven strategies for customer value • Set strategic agendas, build relationships, and success plans with customers • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans collaboratively • Demonstrate quantified impact of Conga platform on customer's business • Collaborate internally and externally to drive adoption and expansion • Maintain and improve customer retention rates

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of recent, hands-on experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or a closely related customer-facing role • Outcome Orientation & SMART Goal Development skills • Proactive Strategy & Sales Alignment abilities • Risk Identification & Mitigation expertise • Curiosity & Product Fluency in Conga's products • Communication and interpersonal skills • Confident, Constructive Challenger mindset • Self-Motivation and continuous growth focus • Analytical Comfort with data
