• Be a strategic partner to our Sales team • Help customers envision how Conga’s solutions can transform their business • Lead technical discovery, craft compelling demonstrations, and guide prospects through complex evaluations • Mentor junior SEs, contribute to product feedback loops, and help shape the future of Conga’s go-to-market strategy
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role • Deep understanding of SaaS solutions, enterprise applications (Salesforce, Dynamics, CPQ, CLM), and APIs • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger Sale, or similar • Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities • A passion for helping customers succeed and a drive to continuously learn and improve • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and team events
