📋 Description
• The Solutions Lead, Development is responsible for providing technical leadership across complex MES/MOM and digital manufacturing implementations. • This role leads development strategy, ensures code quality, mentors development resources, and partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions for clients. • Conduct code reviews and validate adherence to SDLC best practices • Deliver upgrades and enhancements to existing client environments • Gather and validate detailed development requirements and support consulting and training teams during engagements.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and professional experience). • 10–15 years in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environments • 7–10 years leading development/customization in MES systems • 5–7 years on large, complex manufacturing system projects • 5–7 years in consultative client-facing roles • Strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL, Web Services
