âą Lead and manage medium to high complexity clinical trials or low complexity clinical trial programs âą Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with key milestones, budgets, and resources âą Own the client relationship at the study level, establishing effective communication channels âą Manage project profitability through budget oversight, revenue recognition, forecasting âą Identify and mitigate project risks, implement contingency plans
đŻ Requirements
âą 10+ years of experience working in clinical research, healthcare, or in a regulated environment âą Advanced project management and strategic thinking skills âą Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) âą Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes âą Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
