📋 Description

• Provide superior customer to the Account Manager and customer during the order fulfillment process and in servicing • Act as a support resource for day-to-day transactions to allow the Account Manager the time and opportunity to expand their business • Minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution • Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed • Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
