• Provides support to Account Manager and customers during the order fulfillment process • Handles incoming calls and assists on calls when needed • Places orders for the Account Manager • Follows up as needed on orders to ensure satisfactory delivery • Prepare quotes, research customer product questions, and assist with bids • Handles all aspects of order preparation • Serves customers at the highest level in order to assist in closing any potential sales • Assists the Account Manager with stock, credit, and shipping issues, as well as open/backlogged orders
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge • Organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Adaptable with the ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to compose professional business communications via email • Excellent verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with item-by-item focus, meticulous attention to detail • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to our customers • Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally
