📋 Description

• Leads overnight operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Responsible for real-time oversight, decision-making, and coordination of concurrent operational activities • Serves as the primary escalation and command point during overnight execution • Enables rapid issue resolution, effective resource allocation, and consistent delivery outcomes • Manages and optimizes resources by monitoring performance and providing feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to work in high-volume, time-sensitive environments • Strong decision-making skills with ability to respond quickly under pressure • Excellent communication and coordination skills across distributed teams • Experience supporting technology deployments, field services, or infrastructure programs • Familiarity with escalation management and incident response frameworks • Experience working with remote teams, vendors, or field technicians • Ability to work overnight shifts on a consistent basis
