📋 Description
• Oversee delivery of K–12 counseling services • Supervise school counselors and ensure compliance with state requirements • Implement comprehensive counseling program aligned to North Carolina standards • Monitor crisis response protocols • Collaborate with Special Education and Testing teams • Support graduation planning and transcript oversight • Maintain compliance documentation and reporting • Lead professional development for counseling staff • Maintain communication with families and stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Valid North Carolina School Counselor license • Master’s degree in Counseling or related field • Experience in a K–12 setting required • Virtual school experience preferred • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a remote/virtual environment • Technological proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Must be able to use personal electronic devices for two‑step authentication and communication.
