📋 Description

• The AI Lead is responsible for delivering Connectly's AI platform to clients. You will own the success of a portfolio of clients — from designing and implementing journeys and defining new AI features to developing strong client relationships. • Deliver AI expertise. • Lead the AI team and leverage our AI platform to collaborate with clients and create outstanding end-user experiences. • Build strong relationships with clients, helping them shape their AI strategy and address their concerns. • Create a feedback loop between clients and the Engineering and Product teams. • Identify the main challenges and opportunities to expand AI applications in customer journeys, and work with clients and Product to address them. • Define, monitor, and report client success metrics, improving them over time. • Present results and expansion proposals to different stakeholders. • Lead the implementation of AI solutions for complex and client-specific problems. • Adjust product implementation based on data analysis and client feedback. • Collaborate with the Product team to resolve problems and suggest improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Located in Brazil. • Proficient in Portuguese and English. • 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a management consultant, engineer, business analyst, product manager, or in a similar role at an AI company. • Experience in project management and managing client or stakeholder relationships. • Strong analytical background and the ability to liaise with technical teams. • Engineering or technical experience is a plus. • Excellent collaboration skills across Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
