📋 Description

• Coordinate IT integration execution for post-closing acquisitions, including identity, email, devices, file systems, applications, security controls, and user access. • Develop and maintain detailed integration plans, timelines, cutover strategies, and post‑integration stabilization activities. • Serve as the primary IT delivery lead working across Infrastructure, Security, Applications, Support, and third‑party partners to ensure cohesive execution. • Lead application rationalization efforts post‑acquisition, identifying redundancies, consolidation opportunities, and cost‑optimization initiatives. • Drive implementation and operationalization of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 IT controls in partnership with Security, Infrastructure, and Applications teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent years of experience. • 8+ years of experience in IT project, program, or delivery management, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross‑functional initiatives. • Proven experience leading IT integrations in mergers and acquisitions environments. • Strong understanding of enterprise IT domains: identity, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, infrastructure, applications, and security. • Experience supporting or implementing ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar regulatory/compliance frameworks.
