📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end ownership of technical product delivery across automation and full-stack development initiatives. • Guide architecture, directing engineering workstreams, and ensuring solutions align with client mission needs and program objectives. • Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, oversee execution across Python data and ETL processes and web-based applications. • Drive informed decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle. • Serve as the primary technical authority in client engagements, providing clear direction, presenting solutions, and ensuring delivery quality, performance, and accountability across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, or solution architecture. • Strong technical background in Python-based scripting and/or full-stack development (React, Spring Boot, or similar). • Proven experience leading system architecture and delivering scalable, cloud-based (AWS/Azure) solutions. • Experience overseeing cross-functional engineering teams (backend, frontend, data). • Strong client-facing skills, including presenting technical solutions and driving decision-making. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience). • Be a U.S. citizen able to pass a background investigation by the client agency. • DHS clearance with CBP/ICE, or DoD Top-Secret preferred.
