• Manage and grow accounts across government, commercial, and prime partners. • Collaborate through CRM (HubSpot) and develop custom reports and dashboards. • Support proposal preparation, bid coordination, and presentations. • Build sales collateral and contribute to marketing and outreach efforts. • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities. • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent constellr. • Support consortium-based sales and partnership activities. • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to ensure alignment with customer needs. • Contribute to a high-performance, data-driven sales culture.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B or data-driven solution sales, ideally within technology, analytics, or geospatial sectors; government sales experience is a plus. • Understanding of satellite and data delivery concepts (missions, orbits, data products). • Strong communication and organisational skills. • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar). • Strong data literacy — able to interpret analytical outputs, work with data platforms, and translate insights into customer value. • Employment is subject to security regulations. Applicants must be citizens of a NATO member state to meet clearance and access control requirements. • Europe-based, with Germany (Munich or Berlin) strongly preferred for close collaboration and travel convenience.
