📋 Description

• Improve the e-commerce experience for users by designing, building, and maintaining scalable services • Work across key services like Attribute Enrichment and Badges • Collaborate closely with ML engineers • Develop and optimize the Attribute Enrichment service • Build CI/CD and observability systems from scratch • Maintain and improve existing systems • Deploy high-available services in the cloud • Set up service observability and monitoring metrics • Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for backend services

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience • Strong computer science background & familiarity with networking principles • Proficiency in Python and backend development patterns • Experience in designing, developing & maintaining highload real-time services and public APIs • Experience with NoSQL and relational databases, distributed systems, and caching solutions would be a plus • Experience with any compiled programming language (e.g. Go, Rust) would be a plus • Experience writing unit and integration tests for backend services using frameworks such as Pytest, unittest, or equivalent • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams • Excellent English communication skills
