• Support the preparation of quarterly and annual results reports, market disclosures, and presentations for the board of directors and executive committees. • Support the preparation of presentations for the capital markets, such as conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings. • Monitor and analyze financial and market data. • Maintain and improve the company's Investor Relations website. • Organize meetings with shareholders and investors. • Support the management of relationships with equity and fixed-income investors.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Familiarity with CVM rules and regulations; • Knowledge of B3 (Brazilian Stock Exchange); • Knowledge of Corporate Finance; • Intermediate English is considered a plus.
