📋 Description

• Responsible for the operational workflow with partners, primarily in the legal stage: verifying documentation, monitoring processes, and identifying when intervention is needed to ensure workflow efficiency and increase contract issuances. • Once credit is approved, contact the partner to report Checklist 2 and periodically request any outstanding documentation. • Prepare the case/file package through document analysis. • Verify that the information contained in the documents corresponds to the property, buyer and seller involved in the transaction. • Monitor processes on the banks' platforms. • Report process flows, SLAs and stages to partners. • Keep Credintegrados updated, providing the Sales Consultant visibility into process progress. • Perform daily routine planning: pipeline rotation, document follow-ups, CRM updates and email inbox management. • Ensure that all requests received by email are executed within D01. • Ensure that processes scheduled for issuance are issued; otherwise, redirect them to another process. • Ensure excellence in service to clients, partners and consultants; support the delivery of departmental training.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Experience with bank real estate credit (mortgage) systems • Familiarity with banking systems
