📋 Description

• Work as part of a team to monitor, plan, and execute activities to ensure high-quality consulting • Ensure the monthly payroll closing, related contributions, and taxes • Perform analyses, manage time and attendance, deliver statutory filings and various reports related to Personnel/HR routines • Serve clients, propose innovative solutions, develop strategies, and directly support clients in an outsourcing model • Track changes in labor legislation and demonstrate their practical impacts for clients

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience, especially in an accounting firm • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation procedures • Control and processing of payrolls and related contributions • Proficiency with eSocial and DCTF Web • Understanding of domestic worker legislation • Provide internal and external consultancy • Knowledge of temporary work and part-time employment • Knowledge of self-employed contractors; insalubrity and periculosidade (hazard/risks compensation concepts) • Ensure high-quality client service • Experience working with OKRs
