📋 Description

• Develop and maintain business processes; • Perform data analysis to support decision-making: diagnostics, assess impacts of process changes, etc.; • Create and update reports; • Monitor performance indicators; • Create, propose, and implement collection strategies; • Implement and measure A/B tests.

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in R&D (research and development); • Analytical thinking; • Problem-solving skills; • Recent graduates in quantitative fields (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Physics); • Preferred: Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, and/or SQL, and prior research experience (e.g., undergraduate research).
