📋 Description

• Develop projects for the acquisition of new business, from massing studies that support initial negotiations through to the investment committee stage, ensuring compliance with standards and aiming to deliver the best technical solution—producing a quality product within established deadlines; • Conduct massing studies: prepare massing studies with unit estimates based on site analysis to present risks, parameters and site density, contributing to land negotiations for the prospecting team; • Work on preliminary design: develop feasibility studies (designs) for land acquisition together with the manager, based on legal assumptions, ensuring maximum site density and the best technical solution; • Work on technical project viability: perform technical reviews of projects with suppliers (building systems designers), ensuring the technical feasibility of the project; • Be involved in construction logistics: design modularization and construction phasing with validation from the logistics area, ensuring construction execution in accordance with company guidelines; • Also work on the project's executive phase: develop, design and coordinate site layouts and tower implementations as the architecture discipline until construction release; • Address questions and details in the post-construction phase.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism; • Experience with AutoCAD — beginner level; • Knowledge of Revit / civil / 3D tools — beginner level; • Microsoft Office suite.
