• Execute corrective and preventative actions resulting from Cause Evaluations (CE) and CAP programs • Manage and reduce backlog of corrective actions, driving toward full completion and compliance targets • Coordinate with process owners, SMEs, and program leadership to ensure timely resolution of findings • Translate root cause findings into actionable, implemented solutions • Track status, risks, and dependencies across all corrective action efforts • Ensure full compliance with program procedures, audit expectations, and documentation standards • Support intake and evaluation of new project requests across program workstreams • Define clear problem statements, scope, assumptions, and high-level solution approaches • Assist in development of project frameworks, engagement models, and delivery plans • Coordinate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and reduce bottlenecks • Analyze and evaluate existing processes, procedures, and documentation across utility programs • Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and gaps in current processes • Maintain detailed tracking of actions, deliverables, and program metrics • Provide regular updates through structured reporting cadences (e.g., weekly, monthly reviews)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, GIS, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience • 3–7 years of experience in quality engineering, program support, operations, or consulting • Strong understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies • Proven ability to drive execution and close out actions in structured programs • Excellent coordination and follow-through across multiple stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with process mapping, documentation, and workflow design • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation • High level of organization, attention to detail, and administrative rigor • Able to regularly commute within the San Francisco Bay Area.
