âą Drive business growth through client development and strategic engagement âą Oversee the delivery of high-impact programmes, including building and leading senior client relationships, including C-suite stakeholders âą Identify and convert new business opportunities âą Shape and lead large-scale transformation programmes across safety, operations, and sustainability âą Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams âą Build and develop high-performing teams, coaching and mentoring consultants âą Contribute to market positioning and thought leadership within your sector
đŻ Requirements
âą Fluency in French and English (required) âą Significant experience in operations consulting, including business development and client leadership âą Deep expertise in one or more of the following sectors: Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Infrastructure, Construction or Transport âą Strong track record of delivering complex transformation programmes âą Willingness to travel within France and internationally as required
