📋 Description
• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company’s goals and market needs. • Define and prioritize product features and requirements to ensure the development of high-impact solutions. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the specialty pharmacy sector. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development and delivery. • Create detailed product roadmaps, specifications, and user stories. • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch optimization and iterations. • Provide input on product architecture and ensure the alignment of technical decisions with business objectives. • Ensure the product adheres to modern SaaS architecture principles, focusing on scalability, security, and reliability. • Gather and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to define clear and actionable specifications. • Engage with key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback to refine product offerings. • Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to leadership and other relevant teams. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. • Analyze product performance data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. • Lead user testing and validation processes to ensure product usability and effectiveness. • Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the platform.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in product management, within the healthcare or pharmacy market. • Experience with specialty pharmacy highly desirable. • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products. • Experience with product architecture, cloud-based infrastructure, and modern SaaS product design. • Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations and challenges. • In-depth knowledge of product architecture and SaaS development best practices. • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
