📋 Description

• Handle company formations, including registering and following up on processes with the Commercial Registries in all Brazilian states • Track process progress, identify pending items and requirements, liaise with the relevant authorities, update statuses, and ensure deadlines are met through completion • Handle business licensing processes through the systems of Commercial Registries, Municipal Governments, and other relevant authorities • Issue business operating permits and other required licenses • Follow processes from submission through completion, monitoring deadlines, identifying pending items and requirements, and communicating with Municipal Governments and other authorities • Take action to regularize matters and ensure processes remain up to date and progress within established deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office • Experience handling company formation, corporate amendments, and company dissolution processes • Basic knowledge of quality tools such as PDCA, the 5 Whys, and verification checklists • Basic knowledge of data creation and analysis • Basic knowledge of developing internal and external audits • Basic knowledge of metrics such as NPS, CSAT, Average Handling Time (AHT), and Average Waiting Time (AWT) • Basic knowledge of technological tools such as AI and RPA • Basic knowledge of process mapping, documentation, and improvement identification • Basic knowledge of creating SOPs, standardizing manual procedures, and developing flowcharts • Knowledge of communication and process submission to public authorities • Intermediate knowledge of legislation and regulatory standards • Experience drafting corporate agreements and documents, including minutes, bylaws, and articles of association • Customer service experience • Analytical experience with legalization processes • Experience analyzing regulatory impacts • Basic skills in forming and amending holding companies • Basic knowledge of CNAE classification and application • Basic knowledge of franchise registration • Basic knowledge of NGO and association registration • Basic knowledge of angel investors • Basic knowledge of startup registration • Completed technical education and/or an undergraduate degree in progress in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or related fields
