📋 Description

• Contact clients regarding digital certificate renewals and the acquisition of their first Digital Certificate • Monitor the active client base, identifying certificates nearing expiration or pending issuance requirements • Follow up with clients and provide guidance to ensure the issuance or renewal of Digital Certificates • Monitor and follow up on the regularization of powers of attorney required to advance processes • Keep records and follow-ups up to date, ensuring visibility into outstanding issues • Take preventive action to minimize impacts and interruptions to accounting deliverables caused by missing or irregular Digital Certificates and powers of attorney • Maintain clear, targeted communication with clients, seeking to resolve outstanding issues quickly

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience providing customer service • Basic knowledge of digital certification and ICP-Brasil regulations • Experience with organization and attention to detail, including document verification • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including filters and basic formulas • Basic knowledge of internal processes and operational workflows • Basic knowledge of technology, including the use of platforms, systems, and digital certificates • Familiarity with tracking basic performance indicators, such as service volume and average handling time • Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field
