📋 Description

• Regularize the tax status of legal entities at municipal, state and federal levels and with any required agencies; • Execute complex regularization processes across payroll/HR, tax and accounting departments, as well as file federal, municipal and state ancillary obligations; • Assist in preparing detailed quotes for complex services and inform clients about costs and process stages; • Perform consultative sales of regularization services, identifying clients' specific needs; • Monitor and update regularization control spreadsheets and reports, maintaining accurate records and clear communication with clients; • Maintain client communication to advise on outstanding issues and the status of regularization processes; • Initiate processes for tax refunds and voluntary disclosures, tax installment agreements, and issuance of payment slips/guides; • File ancillary obligations such as SPED Contributions, DCTF (Monthly), DCTF-Web, PGDAS, DASN, DEFIS and other filings related to operations of companies under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido regimes;

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of tax rules for companies under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido; • Advanced knowledge of fiscal regularization procedures at municipal, state and federal levels; • Experience filing federal ancillary obligations; • Experience with tax, accounting and payroll/HR processes, including calculations of labor-related taxes and specific ancillary obligations; • Experience with state obligations (GIA, Sintegra, DIFAL, ICMS-ST); • Intermediate knowledge of basic company registration procedures with tax and regulatory agencies; • Intermediate knowledge of accounting bookkeeping; • Ability to prepare complex reports and fiscal documentation; • Skill in tax installment arrangements, issuance, control and compensation of payment slips/guides; • Broad knowledge of federal, state and municipal portal systems; • Ability to identify and interpret complex outstanding issues, including understanding specificities of state tax and personnel notifications; • Ability to develop quotes and negotiate processes, adjusting fees according to client-specific requirements; • Advanced knowledge of accounting and tax management software (Questor, SIEG, Acessórias); • Experience with process management and communication tools such as Tiflux; • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office;
