📋 Description
• Analyze medical-related activities in the LATAM market • Collaborate with Risk Services and the Total Rewards team • Ensure efficiency in medical insurance billing, claims management, and resolution of issues and inquiries
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced Spanish required • Intermediate English preferred • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (nursing, psychology, etc.), Business Administration, or Accounting • Experience administering medical plans and/or health insurance in the LATAM market • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications (Excel and Word) • Ability to work autonomously and propose improvements to procedures and problem resolution • Strong communication skills and adaptability
