📋 Description

• Provide operational and administrative support for the tax department’s activities • Ensure and participate in the fulfillment of tax obligations in accordance with current tax legislation • Organize and maintain accurate tax records • Prepare the documents required to fulfill tax obligations • File less complex ancillary tax obligations • Execute companies’ municipal tax closing procedures • Conduct the necessary inquiries and reviews to fulfill tax obligations • Meet established deadlines and procedures for filings • Support the identification of errors and opportunities for process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of tax legislation • Knowledge of specific taxation requirements • Proficiency in tax routines for Simples Nacional and Presumed Profit regimes • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on basic formulas in Sheets/Excel • Experience with municipal and federal ancillary tax obligations • Knowledge of procedures for issuing and recording incoming and outgoing invoices • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting
