📋 Description
• Support leaders with descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analyses • Formulate and test hypotheses that help drive the credit function • Serve as the data guardian and point of accountability for everything involving data in your business domain — from source to delivery • Develop dashboards, reports and KPIs that enable fast, well-informed decisions • Act as a bridge between the business and data engineering teams, ensuring reliability, standardization and the evolution of the data pipeline • Collaborate with leaders to define and monitor strategic goals for the credit area
🎯 Requirements
• Active participation in planning forums and strategic analysis • Proposing ideas and improvements grounded in data • Development, maintenance and evolution of dashboards and KPIs • Management of the data pipeline and insight delivery timelines (Jira, Notion or similar) • Documentation and structuring of reliable datasets • Data trainings and upskilling promoted by the team • Experience working with credit granting/underwriting (vintages, segments/audiences, limits, risk, PDD/loan loss provisions, etc.) • Experience in fintechs, consultancies and startups • Broad, data-driven perspective with a focus on potential scenario evolution
