📋 Description

• Support on compliance and governance-related questions in collaboration with the group legal department and local legal counsel • (Operational) implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and processes (e.g., ROPA register, contract database) • Development and implementation of local policies and standards as well as sustainability requirements for the Alps subregion • Support during internal and external audits, including coordination of resulting measures • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance • Support and coordination of strategy initiatives and planned actions • Development of concepts to promote leadership, collaboration and readiness for change • Support for transformation processes and change projects • Design and delivery of events and formats to foster employee engagement and identification (e.g., annual conference) • Operational management of management meetings (planning, moderation and follow-up) • Facilitation of internal meetings and support with project management and coordination • Development of internal communication concepts in coordination with executive management to promote transparency, appreciation, feedback and trust

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business law, business administration, communication sciences, sustainability management, or a comparable qualification • (Basic) knowledge of regulatory requirements • Several years of experience leading projects as well as moderating workshops and internal events • Very good German skills and business-fluent English • Analytical and structured thinking with a strong focus on execution • Confident presence and strong communication skills • Confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive topics • Intercultural competence and the ability to collaborate across country borders • Initiative, hands-on mentality and strong self-organization • Empathy and moderation skills to foster dialogue, feedback and engagement • Willingness to change and enthusiasm for sustainable development • Residence in Austria with willingness to travel within Europe (primarily Switzerland and Germany)
