📋 Description

• Direct and manage all contracted security operations and personnel support. • Oversee, and when necessary perform, Electronic Security System (ESS) operations, access control, contingency response, and related security tasks. • Analyze security records, including DA Form 4930-R, to identify trends, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance. • Develop and execute training programs, conduct operational drills, and lead contingency response efforts. • Ensure compliance with Government security policies, reporting requirements, alarm records, and intrusion detection documentation. • Act on behalf of the contractor on matters related to daily security operations and respond to the COR as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in military or civilian security guard operations. • At least two (2) years of management experience. • Demonstrated expertise in physical security, access control systems, and integrated Electronic Security Systems (ESS). • Proven ability to develop and execute training programs, conduct operational drills, and lead contingency response efforts. • Thorough familiarity with Government security policies and reporting requirements, including alarm and intrusion detection records. • Must possess and maintain an active U.S. SECRET security clearance for the life of the contract. • Schedule is based on a 50-hour work week and is subject to change for exercise and contingency support.
