📋 Description

• Central point of contact for our customers, ensuring their concerns are handled promptly and professionally • Direct contact for customers, primarily via written correspondence, but also by phone (inbound calls only) • Handle customer inquiries and provide advisory support • Analyze customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service • Assist the team with various customer service support tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Preferably completed vocational training and some practical experience in external and internal communication • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident, friendly demeanor (especially with difficult customers) • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, with impeccable written and verbal expression • Self-initiative and team spirit, with a strong customer and service orientation
